How does the subscription work?
Choose a delivery cadence (every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks). We ship automatically free of charge on the schedule you set. Manage everything from your account: pause, swap, skip, or cancel in one click.
How is shipping calculated?
Free shipping on every subscription order. One-time orders ship via standard ground (3–5 business days) at a flat rate of $7.95, free over $60.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship across the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap join the email list for the first announcement.
What's the refund policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction promise. If your first order isn't what you hoped, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
How much caffeine is in each can?
GO contains ~120mg from natural green tea extract. FLOW contains ~50mg. REST is caffeine-free. All within FDA recommended daily limits when used as a system.
When should I drink each phase?
GO in the morning or before workouts. FLOW from late-morning through afternoon for sustained focus. REST in the evening to wind down. A natural rhythm.
Are these safe to drink daily?
Yes, they're designed as a daily system. Each formulation uses clinically grounded doses of well-studied adaptogens. Consult your doctor if pregnant, nursing or on medication.

What's in each can?
